4. Facility Use and Safety
A. Assumption of Risk:
By using the Facility, you acknowledge the inherent risks of golf simulation, including injury and
property damage, and accept full responsibility.
B. Safety Rules and Conduct:
Observe safety rules, such as having only one person in the hitting area at a time and wearing
proper footwear. Aim all shots at the screen and refrain from swinging clubs outside designated
areas. Food and drinks are not permitted in simulator bays.
C. Damage to Equipment:
Users are liable for any damage to the facility or equipment resulting from negligence, misuse, or
not following instructions.
D. Supervision of Minors:
Minors under 18 must be supervised by an adult (18+) responsible for their conduct and
compliance with all rules
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
A. Waiver of Liability:
You release Swing Envy, its owners, employees, and agents from liability for claims arising from
your use of the Website or Facility, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify Swing Envy and its affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses
